The Project
Project Requirements
Saint Kentigern College located at 82 Shore Rd Remuera is home to the new block designed by Architectus. The two-level school building is home to 12 general teaching classrooms as well as collaborative spaces and workrooms for use by students and teachers at Saint Kentigern’s including a new staffroom located on the primary floor.
Allco Solution
The project was significant and utilised a full Volclay tanking system to provide full waterproofing confidence, with a fully encapsulated entrances across both levels including retaining walls. Volclay Voltex, RX and Bentoseal were applied to beams and under slab on both levels.
