Alex comes from a practical engineering background and has had wide exposure to the New Zealand construction industry.
Alex has over 16 years experience with the Volclay® Waterproofing System as well as an extensive knowledge of remedial injection repairs to existing leaky basements and buildings volclay injection products. As a result of this remedial waterproofing work, Alex has a broad hands-on knowledge of waterproofing solutions and is happy to share this information with you in the form of customised specifications and practical waterproofing solutions.
Dean comes from 30+ years in the marine industry with building, project management and technical sales work. Trained as boat builder/shipwright, Dean specialised in advanced composites. His work has taken him all over the world building and using the vessels/projects he has been involved, sailing or powering on most of the world’s oceans both competitively and cruising.
A slow down in the marine sector has Dean moving industries, recently joining Allco to impart his knowledge and experience in general & project management, product development. Dean has a drive for work place efficiencies and ‘doing the job once, with the right product’.
Daniel joined Allco in early 2019 with over 10 years experience working in the construction industry, with a background in sales, marketing and product design.
With expert knowledge in building acoustics and thermal insulation, Daniel sat as an expert advisor to develop NZS 4246:2016 and is excited about becoming proficient in regard waterproofing in New Zealand.
Passionate about building design and quality and a firm believer in “getting it right from the start”, Daniel encourages early consultation and effective collaboration throughout the entire project design and build process.
Martin has over 20 years experience in the building industry in New Zealand and more than 10 years in logistics, manufacturing and warehousing both locally and internationally.
With a focus on systems and processes, Martin is working to improve operational efficiency and system development. Martin places high importance on customer service and will work to ensure that Allco systems continue to offer the best solutions to your needs.
Mike has over 20 years’ experience within international manufacturing facilities for the building and automotive industries.

Rhonda’s background is a combination of administration and accounts, both in corporate and smaller enterprises. She has spent the last 16 years within the construction industry. Rhonda loves the variety that Allco offers as she enjoys getting involved with everything and working as part of a team.
Originally from England, Adrian comes from an engineering background and holds an Engineering Certificate from the City & Guilds, London.
Adrian is the dedicated Allco Site Inspector for the greater Auckland area ensuring that the specified Volclay products are installed correctly thus assuring clients of a “water-tight” warranty.
Waterproofing problems are difficult and expensive to resolve, so Adrian ensures the job gets done right first time.
Giovanni has 10 years in the industry. 5 years in Auckland, NZ and 5 years in Melbourne, Australia where he helped manage a waterproofing company of 45 employees.
Giovanni’s expertise is in Volclay and crack injection, but has also been exposed to many other membrane such as Butynol , torch on TPO, Polyurethenes.
This new exciting role in Allco is to help train our Applicators to give them the knowledge and confidence in installing our products to provide our clients with a water tight system.
Zhann’s background is waterproofing and concrete foundation construction. Zhann has over 15 years’ experience in the industry, with special projects involving a significant amount of work with Volclay products, he has a comprehensive background and good knowledge of our products and extensive application experience.
His role at Allco is Quality Assurance Inspector, working alongside Adrian Crow to assist with the growing workload and to help ensure we minimize any risk and help assure a high quality of application of all our products is provided to our clients for a water-tight system.
Chris has spent the last 20+years as an Architectural Draughtsperson and brings a new skill base to assist our sales and QA team, providing technical support across all our products. He enjoys problem-solving and this varied role.
Chris enjoys spending time with his young daughter and working on classic cars.
Chris has just recently joined the Allco team and brings with him over 20 years’ experience in the External and Internal waterproofing fields, both as an applicator and Architectural Consultant. He is passionate about sales and developing long term relationships with key stake holders.
He has being involved with the Waterproofing Membrane Association of New Zealand for the past 7 years and is the current Treasurer of the Association.
Chris resides in Wellington with his wife and three children and spends as much time as possible enjoying the wonderful outdoor life that the region offers.
Greg has been involved in the Timber and building industry over the past 30 years with experience in a wide range of areas. Greg has a real passion for training and raising the standard of skills through vocational training. He has extensive knowledge of waterproofing systems, in particular, TPO and Rubber where he has been responsible for training new installer in membrane application as well as being a Territory Manager for the Waikato and BOP.
In his spare time, you will find him out mountain biking or on the end of BBQ tools where he loves to cook.
Trained as a Steel Fabrication Engineer, Simon moved into Technical Sales over 20 years ago.
He has worked with a broad range of people from Architects and Engineers to Developers and has built strong working relationships and friendships along the way.
Simon brings a down to earth team orientated approach to Allco with a strong emphasis on helping the Architect achieve the right solution and service every time.
Outside work Simon enjoys spending time with his daughter, playing football and getting in or on the water.
Jan has a background in construction and has undertaken courses in Construction Management and Quantity Surveying in both South Africa and at Unitec NZ. He has over six years’ of experience in sales in the construction fastenings and automotive industries.
He is Allco’s WABO product specialist and also has experience in Emseal joints. He has a broad knowledge of all the Allco products - from the Volclay tanking to the TPO roofing. He likes to ensure that the customer gets the best solution for the project. Jan works closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure a quick, painless process to ensure a dry building envelope.
In his spare time he enjoys playing golf, motorbike riding and spending time with this family.
Keri has a long history in the construction industry and offers a variety of solutions to ensure the external envelope of your building is watertight with warranties that are of value.
She enjoys water-skiing, painting and restoring old furniture in her spare time.
I’ve worked for many years in construction, which I’m passionate about. Being a Cantabrian - it’s about building safe and secure buildings with products I’m proud to represent such as Allco Waterproofing Solutions.
In my own time I’m very much involved with musical groups - The Vocal Collective and Epic Entertainment.

With great passion in construction industry, Lin is keen to assist developers, architects, construction builders, and applicators collaboratively in explaining and finding appropriate waterproofing solutions. You are always more than welcome to give him a ring or have a meeting with him in person. He speaks both in English and Mandarin. In his spare time, he enjoys several sorts of sports, like skiing, running, and table tennis.
To compliment the administration team, and as a support to our Customers, Noel runs our extensive distribution warehouse facility in Auckland.
Originally from County Cork in Ireland, Noel has been involved in logistics and distribution for almost 20 years; the last 10 years being in the chemicals industry.
Being fully MAF certified, Noel processes containers on-site thus ensuring prompt delivery nationwide.
Suzanne comes from a PA and office management background within SME and not-for-profit organisations. Her role is broad spectrum encompassing support to the management team, sales and marketing functions and accounting. Suzanne enjoys working as part of a team
