Meet the team
Alex comes from a practical engineering background and has had wide exposure to the New Zealand construction industry.
Alex has over 16 years experience with the Volclay® Waterproofing System as well as an extensive knowledge of remedial injection repairs to existing leaky basements and buildings volclay injection products. As a result of this remedial waterproofing work, Alex has a broad hands-on knowledge of waterproofing solutions and is happy to share this information with you in the form of customised specifications and practical waterproofing solutions.
Dean comes from 30+ years in the marine industry with building, project management and technical sales work. Trained as boat builder/shipwright, Dean specialised in advanced composites. His work has taken him all over the world building and using the vessels/projects he has been involved, sailing or powering on most of the world’s oceans both competitively and cruising.
A slow down in the marine sector has Dean moving industries, recently joining Allco to impart his knowledge and experience in general & project management, product development. Dean has a drive for work place efficiencies and ‘doing the job once, with the right product’.
Kamil brings with him a wealth of experience having worked for 20 years in sales and sales management roles in various industries including engineering and construction. Kamil’s passion is empowering people to reach their full potential.
Martin has over 20 years experience in the building industry in New Zealand and more than 10 years in logistics, manufacturing and warehousing both locally and internationally.
With a focus on systems and processes, Martin is working to improve operational efficiency and system development. Martin places high importance on customer service and will work to ensure that Allco systems continue to offer the best solutions to your needs.
Cristine has over 15 years of experience working predominantly in a B2B environment with a commercial focus, implementing marketing strategies with a strong emphasis on branding, technology, digital presence and product development, bridging the gap between business objectives and marketing solutions.
Rhonda’s background is a combination of administration and accounts, both in corporate and smaller enterprises. She has spent the last 16 years within the construction industry. Rhonda loves the variety that Allco offers as she enjoys getting involved with everything and working as part of a team.
Originally from England, Adrian comes from an engineering background and holds an Engineering Certificate from the City & Guilds, London.
Adrian is the dedicated Allco Site Inspector for the greater Auckland area ensuring that the specified Volclay products are installed correctly thus assuring clients of a “water-tight” warranty.
Waterproofing problems are difficult and expensive to resolve, so Adrian ensures the job gets done right first time.
Jason joins Allco with 27 years experience in the waterproofing industry as a installer, trainer and foreman and is still very much passionate about he does.
Jason trained eye and experience is a valuable asset during site inspections making sure membrane installations are being carried out correctly to the highest standards .
Chris has spent the last 20+years as an Architectural Draughtsperson and brings a new skill base to assist our sales and TA team, providing technical support across all our products. He enjoys problem-solving and this varied role.
Chris enjoys spending time with his young daughter and working on classic cars.
Shairmila has extensive experience in large commercial and residential projects and strong technical knowledge advising for waterproofing supporting architects and applicators with their projects from concept to completion.
Outside of work, Shairmila enjoys travel and experiencing the foods of the world and loving the joys of motherhood with her gorgeous little girl.
Philippe has a wealth of experience in sales, managing large key accounts, and delivering outstanding growth across the many industries he has been involved with.
Originally from France, Philippe is a wine and food connoisseur with a taste for cooking. He is a keen diver and loves anything ocean-related. He has a partner of 15 years and a daughter.
Greg has been involved in the Timber and building industry over the past 30 years with experience in a wide range of areas. Greg has a real passion for training and raising the standard of skills through vocational training. He has extensive knowledge of waterproofing systems, in particular, TPO and Rubber where he has been responsible for training new installer in membrane application as well as being our Roofing Category Manager.
In his spare time, you will find him out mountain biking or on the end of BBQ tools where he loves to cook.
Trained as a Steel Fabrication Engineer, Simon moved into Technical Sales over 20 years ago.
He has worked with a broad range of people from Architects and Engineers to Developers and has built strong working relationships and friendships along the way.
Simon brings a down to earth team orientated approach to Allco with a strong emphasis on helping the Architect achieve the right solution and service every time.
Outside work Simon enjoys spending time with his daughter, playing football and getting in or on the water.
With 25 years of experience in sales, business development, architectural specification and project management Damien is our South Island Sales Manager.
Born and bred in Canterbury, Damien is married and has two children aged 8 and 6 years old. A keen runner with a bucket list goal to qualify for and complete all 6 World Marathon majors (5 to go) and a keen DIYer, Damien doesn’t shy away from a good home project.
To compliment the administration team, and as a support to our Customers, Noel runs our extensive distribution warehouse facility in Auckland.
Originally from County Cork in Ireland, Noel has been involved in logistics and distribution for almost 20 years; the last 10 years being in the chemicals industry.
Being fully MAF certified, Noel processes containers on-site thus ensuring prompt delivery nationwide.

Suzanne comes from a PA and office management background within SME and not-for-profit organisations. Her role is broad spectrum encompassing support to the management team, sales and marketing functions and accounting. Suzanne enjoys working as part of a team.
Bronwyn comes from an Accounts Payable background working in both Global and New Zealand Organisations. She provides support to the Finance and Administration functions.
Bronwyn enjoys DIY and playing music.
With a background in mechanical engineering and over 25 years of experience in different areas, from maintenance and repair to logistic and technical support, Bran is excited to join and contribute to the Allco team.
Originally from Europe, Bran enjoys water activities, DIY projects on cars and boats, and exploring New Zealand with his wife and three daughters.
Matt de Coek
Matt is qualified in both waterproofing and floor and wall tiling and therefore has extensive knowledge in internal moisture management and the tiling industry.
In his spare time Matt loves fishing, getting out on the water with his friends and partner. Matt is an animal lover and has his own cat named Sonny who loves to help him fillet his fish.
Olga has an extensive background with a Diploma in Architectural Technology, alongside a Bachelors of Geography and a PhD in Pedagogical Science. Her diverse background will allow her to assist our sales and TA team, providing technical support across all our products.
She is also a mum of two little ones and competes in figure skating in her spare time.
Kate has 15 years experience in Operations and Marketing. She works behind the scenes to support the Marketing, TA and Admin teams.
She is a movie fanatic who loves to spend time with her husband and dog as well as crocheting and spoiling her niece and nephew.
Alice Hymers has 10 years experience in sales within the building industry. She enjoys developing existing and building new relationships. Outside of being a sales superstar, Alice is passionate about her 3 kids, partner and DIY projects, with a love of food and wine and is also a keen runner.
Rose comes from a construction background, with experience in property development and sales.
Rose enjoys developing existing and building new relationships, as well as delivering outstanding support which is very much aligned with Allco’s commitment to offer unmatched service and assistance to all of our customers.
