Casali Dermafill APP

Casali Dermafill APP (Atactic Polypropylene) membrane system is suitable for a wide range of two-layer waterproofing applications for residential and commercial roofing. Approved for use as a waterproofing system under trafficable surfaces. Suitable for use in climate zone 1 and 2 (NZBC Climate Zones) Casali APP membrane system has a high resistance to mechanical and thermal stress. Dermafil® has BRANZ certification and has been used for over 30 years in more than thirty countries all over the world.

Thermal operating range of -15°C/+130°C. High elasticity and excellent resistance to atmospheric ageing

Casali Aderix Peel and Stick

Casali Aderix Peel and Stick system is a high-performance flame-free double-layer bituminous solution. Its flexibility and high-performance adhesive properties make it the ideal solution for roofs and decks.  The cold-application method eliminates fire risks, offering a simple, clean, and environmentally friendly solution without fumes or unpleasant smells. Aderix is compatible with plywood, concrete, or insulated roof surfaces. Designed with 1°degree fall,  Aderix its an excellent choice for low-slope roof applications.

BASE SHEET - Aderix SS Polyester 2.5mm PE

• Use: As a base sheet in a double-layer system or as a single, damp-proof layer.
• Top Finish: PE film for base applications.
• Bottom Finish: Silicone-removable PE film for easy installation.

CAP SHEET - Aderix SP Polyester 4.5mm Mineral Chip

• Use: Cap sheet for exposed flat or pitched roofs in a fully self-adhesive system or as a single-layer under tiles.
• Top Finish: Natural or colored mineral chips for aesthetic versatility.
• Bottom Finish: Silicone-removable PE film for seamless adhesion.

Aderix is also used a Damp Proof Membranes in low risk, non-hydrostatic conditions, providing a single layer vapour-barrier protection to below ground concrete structures.

Casali Dermabit Extra APAO 

Casali Dermabit Extra APAO (Amorphous polyalphaolefin) membrane system is a high-performance torchon waterproofing membrane for two-layer applications and an ideal choice for a wide range of waterproofing applications for residential and commercial roofing. The compound used in Dermabit® membranes contains distilled bitumen and the latest generation of technopolymers (APAO) that ensure excellent flexibility, elasticity, and adherence and make Dermabit extremely resistant to ageing.

Thanks to the use of reinforcement with a high mass per unit area and continuous non-woven polyester stabilised using glass strands, Dermabit Extra guarantees outstanding mechanical performance and dimensional stability (±0.2/0.3%)/ Casali Dermabit Extra is specially designed for large surfaces subject to high thermal stress due to direct sunlight or high-temperature build up. The top is finished in silica sand, natural or black slate chips disseminated uniformly and firmly anchored; there is a smooth bottom finish in torched-off polyethylene sheets.

 Extensive thermal operating range (-25°C to +150°C), fast and easy to apply, excellent resistance to UV and ageing.

Casali Eradix Root-Barrier

Eradix is a special torch-on 10m² roll root-stop waterproofing membrane for multi-layer green roof solutions especially formulated to protect waterproofing systems from root damage.

The Eradix family of membranes comes from Casali’s research work on special chemical root-stop additives to attain products of absolute excellence for a wide range of project requirements (roof gardens, green roofs, flower beds, ground-laid structures of large and small surfaces).

Eradix root-barrier is guaranteed by more than 20 years of use in the field and is ecologically compatible – Eradix does not interfere with the growth of plants and is easy to apply.

Casali Dermafil 50250

Casali Dermafil 50250 is a bitumen-based compound designed to waterproof deck carparks. This hard-wearing membrane combines bitumen with polypropylene polymers (APP) and co-polymers, containing stabilised nonwoven polyester reinforcement. The wide thermal operating range makes it ideal for hot asphalt applications or concrete layer carparks. The top surface of the membrane is sanded, allowing for max temperature application of road asphalt to 170°C or mastic asphalt to approximately 250°C (EN 13375).
