The Preprufe® 300R Plus waterproofing system delivers exceptional protection and performance through advanced membrane technology and proven adhesion strength. Engineered for below-ground and blindside applications, it provides long-term defense against water ingress, ensuring the integrity of structures for their entire design life.
At the core of the system is ADVANCED BOND TECHNOLOGY™, which forms a robust and permanent bond with freshly poured concrete. This powerful adhesion prevents lateral water migration between the membrane and structure, significantly reducing the risk of waterproofing failure.
Preprufe® 300R Plus is designed for versatility and ease of installation, whether pre-applied before the pour or post-applied to existing concrete. Safe for use on blindside walls and complex foundation designs, Preprufe® 300R Plus offers consistent protection against hydrostatic pressure, providing confidence and flexibility across a wide range of construction conditions.

Long-Term Durability and UV Stability
Preprufe® 300R Plus can be exposed to UV for up to 56 days, maintaining performance even in warm climates and extended construction schedules.
Performance
Installation and Exposure
Under most conditions, concrete should be poured within 56 days of installing the Preprufe® 300R Plus membrane. In hotter climates, where temperatures exceed 38°C (100°F) for more than 7 days, concrete should be placed within 42 days of installation to maintain performance and ensure full bond integrity.
Protection Against Hazardous Gases
Preprufe® 300R Plus membranes are designed to resist breakdown from soil contaminants and gases. The system’s integral bond helps prevent vapour transmission, ensuring lasting protection against hazardous gases such as methane, carbon dioxide, and radon.
Continuous Adhesive Layer
Properly overlapped sheets form a continuous waterproofing layer. This strong, uniform adhesion is key to stopping water and gas migration between the membrane and concrete structure.
Durable, Inert Material
Manufactured using high-density polyethylene (HDPE), Preprufe® 300R Plus membranes offer excellent resistance to oxidation, hydrolysis, and stress cracking. Unlike other polymers such as PVC, EPDM, or CSPE, HDPE maintains its integrity over time, providing consistent, long-term waterproofing performance.
