St Marys College Auckland
St Mary’s College is a High School located on the Auckland suburb of Ponsonby. This stunning project was designed by RCG Architects. The waterproofing installation was carried out by Allco Approved Applicator MPM Waterproofing alongside builders Cunningham Construction.
Allco Solution
RCG Architects specified Volclay Swelltite and Voltex tanking due to the quality of the product and the QA service that we provide. It gave the architect confidence and the peace of mind that the product was going to work and that we cared about providing the client with a dry basement and not just selling the product. We also provided a detailed design around the transition between tanking and plaza deck where floating tiles were installed over a double layer torch-on membrane.
