Performance
BITUTHENE® 3000 is a self-adhesive, rubberized asphalt/polyethylene waterproofing membranes, combining a robust, flexible, pre-formed high performance, cross laminated, HDPE carrier film with a tacky, self-adhesive rubberized asphalt compound specifically designed to adhere to cured concrete surfaces.
Apply BITUTHENE® 3000 membrane only in dry weather and when air and surface temperatures are 40°F (5°C) or above.
Place backfill as soon as possible. Follow generally accepted practices for backfilling and compaction. Backfill should be added and compacted in 6 in. (150 mm) to 12 in. (300 mm) lifts.
