Fonterra HQ Building
New Zealand dairy company Fonterra’s HQ building in Auckland’s CBD is a landmark building demonstrating Jasmax’s cutting edge architectural designs, with the tanking being installed by Allco approved applicator Mohan Waterproofing.
Allco Solution
The project completed in 2016 utilised Allco’s Volclay product range for this tanking project. Driven sheet piles on grade allowed for excavation of basement, building was constructed using PCP’s as retaining walls before sheet piling was drawn out, post construction. The basement included one fully encapsulated lift pit.
