Rose Garden Apartments
The Rose Garden Apartments, located at the heart of Auckland’s North Shore, is an 800-apartment complex including a large basement garage. The apartments demonstrated some interesting aspects, Including a tunnel design with waterproofing on both sides.

Our TA team worked closely alongside CMP Construction, conducting several site visits each month, during construction. Their communication made working together seamlessly.
Allco Solution
On the tanking area, Allco’s Volclay Voltex was installed alongside Waterstop RX-101-T. The roofing waterproofing was completed using our Casali Cool Roof Solution, applying Casali double-layer torch on membrane to gutters and roof.
The design of the build Included a variation of walls; shotcrete walls, AFS Walls and Precast Panels.
