ASB Building - North Wharf
Commercial building on Auckland’s waterfront requiring a waterproofing solution. Casali features across the roof expanse of buildings 22 and 23, including in roof gutters on external balconies and beneath timber decking.
It is used in the landscaped area and external plant area and under parapets. More than 3500 square metres of Casali membrane was specified for the project along with tanking to lift pits in saline conditions.

Casali Dermabit Extra conforms to the highest European standards for enduring quality and latest non toxic membrane technology and is approved for the collection of rain water.
Casali’s international sales manager Antoine Melhem flew out from Italy to inspect the product upon completion. As the rain water from the roof and deck areas is to be collected and recycled, a membrane approved for water collection was required.
Voltex SWR membrane was used to tank all lift pits on this site, one of which was up to 6m deep and permanently below tidal level.
