Beyond drainage, ALLTHERM delivers the proven benefits of a high-performance warm roof system. By placing insulation above the structural deck, the thermal layer sits outside the building envelope, eliminating condensation risk within the roof build-up. The result is a more stable, durable system with improved thermal efficiency and reduced moisture-related issues.

ALLTHERM utilises locally manufactured PIR insulation boards, available in thicknesses from 50mm to 150mm, achieving R-values from R2.34 to R7.01. This range enables designers to meet or exceed H1 requirements across all climate zones, while also allowing for custom board sizes to suit specific project needs.

A further advantage is the system’s slim profile. At just 147.2mm total build-up, ALLTHERM allows for lower parapet heights without compromising compliance - providing greater flexibility where height constraints are critical.
