As a NZ-owned and operated business, we’ve built our reputation on delivering waterproofing solutions that perform, backed by hands-on support and expertise that only decades of experience can bring. We’ve always believed we’re more than just product suppliers. We’re problem solvers, educators, and collaborators, here to help our customers achieve lasting results.
With 50 years under our belt, we’ve learned a thing or two about what works (and what doesn’t) in New Zealand’s unique environment. Our full range of waterproofing systems - from bentonite-based Volclay membranes to bituminous, TPO, and damp-proof solutions - are tested, proven, and trusted to perform across the country’s diverse climate, soil, and seismic conditions.
We’re also thrilled to share another exciting development for our future: Tony Broome, who has been leading Allco with exceptional vision and dedication, was recently announced as a shareholder during our 50th anniversary celebration. Tony’s transition from Contract Managing Director to full-time CEO and shareholder marks a powerful step forward for Allco. With his deep understanding of the business and clear strategic direction, we’re confident in the continued growth and success of our next chapter.
We’re not stopping here. As we continue to grow, we’re excited to announce the introduction of two globally recognised below-ground membrane systems to our range: PREPRUFE® and BITUTHENE® from GCP Saint-Gobain. These additions further strengthen our below-ground portfolio, allowing us to offer more tailored solutions to suit complex project requirements.
We're also expanding into the concrete additives space with the launch of Centrament Proof (CP 10) from MC-Bauchemie. This move aligns with New Zealand’s growing demand for high-performance, sustainable construction materials, and complements our existing range by helping customers protect their structures from the inside out.

To mark this incredible milestone, we came together for a day of celebration — starting with a conference for our applicators and customers, filled with insights, industry expertise, and practical takeaways from a lineup of fantastic speakers.
The day culminated in a lively evening celebration, where we relaxed, reflected, and celebrated the people who’ve been part of our journey — our loyal customers, partners, and the incredible Allco team who make it all possible.
It was a night filled with laughter, connection, and pride in what we’ve built together — and excitement for what’s to come.
