PROJECT REQUIREMENTS
Designed by Julian Guthrie Architects. the beautiful apartments complex is located at 303-305 Tamaki Drive in the Auckland suburb of Mission Bay.
Allco membranes were the preferred choices for the apartments’ tanking and roofing areas with Volclay and Casali Cool Roof Membranes as the preferred choices for the project with a combination of precast walls, insitu walls and shotcrete used in the below-ground car parking area.

Although the job presented some real dewatering challenges due to the proximity to an adjacent creek next to Mission Bay, the great communication between MPM Waterproofing and Scarbro Construction was a crucial step to make sure the job was carried out in a timely manner with no issues and with minimal interference from our TA Team.
