The Project
PROJECT REQUIREMENT
This cutting-edge private medical centre located in the Auckland suburb of Remuera was beautifully designed by Warren & Mahoney Architects to provide a relaxing patient experience, from the consultation suites to the operating rooms and recovery rooms.
ALLCO SOLUTION
Our waterproofing membranes were the preferred choice for both tanking and roofing areas with the installation carried out by our approved applicator CCR Waterproofing in partnership with Argon Construction.
On the tanking area, Allco’s Volclay Voltex was installed to the building on walls, footings, under slabs and lift pits in combination with our Allsheet 500 DPM and Waterstop RX.
The roofing waterproofing was completed using our Casali Cool Roof Solution, applying Casali double-layer torch membrane to the gutters and roof.
