Tanking to footings and precast panel retaining walls, AFS walls, lift pit and storage areas, plaza deck, roof and gutters.

Solution

Context Architects specified Volclay tanking due to the quality of the product and the QA service that we provide. It gave the architect confidence and the peace of mind that the product was going to work and that we cared about providing the client with a dry basement and not just selling the product. We also provided a detailed design around the transition between tanking and plaza deck over a double layer torch-on membrane.
