Hydraul-EZ®
Horizontal Directional Drilling Fluid
Hydraul-EZ® is a high-yield, 200-mesh sodium bentonite clay with a special dry polymer additive. It is designed to maintain borehole integrity in horizontally drilled boreholes. Hydraul-EZ is certified to NSF/ANSI Standard 60, Drinking Water Treatment Chemicals - Health Effects.
Recommended Use
Hydraul-EZ® is especially designed for conditions encountered in angle and horizontal drilling. It can be used for all types of freshwater mud rotary drilling and as a jacking lubricant.

Drill Terge™
Drilling Detergent / Wetting Agent
Drill Terge™ is a liquid solution of non-ionic surfactants formulated to increase detergency and wetting properties of drilling fluids.
Recommended Use
Drill Terge™ is designed to control interfacial tension and inhibit the hydration and dispersion of clay and shale.

- Reduces torque and drag associated with drilling in swelling clays.

Rel-Pac®
Natural Cellulosic Polymer
Rel-Pac® is a non-fermenting granular polymer designed for building a low solids drilling fluid with increased borehole stability. Rel-Pac is a highly dispersible polymer, which prevents the formation of lard lumps or fish eyes, for maximum product efficiency.
Recommended Use
Rel-Pac® is designed to increase borehole stability in a variety of rotary and horizontal drilling applications.

- Controls filtration rate and assists in forming thinner, less permeable filter cake.

Insta-Vis™ Plus is a multi-functional liquid polymer designed to improve drilling efficiency in both horizontal and vertical drilled holes through its rapid field mixing, viscosity development, and clay and shale inhibition. SLURRY SOLIDIFICATION
PITDRY™ HDD
Slurry Solidification
PITDRY™ HDD is designed to solidify bentonite based drilling fluids for disposal purposes.
Recommended Use
PITDRY™ HDD is used as a part of a simple process to remove drilling fluids from the job site to the disposal site as a solid.
Characteristics
- The PITDRY™ HDD Process allows the contractor to take drilling fluid from the pit and divert it directly from the PD-300™ machine to a dump box for transport to landfill or dumpsite.
- Environmentally safe - does not change mud chemical characteristics.
- Works in a wide pH range and wide percent solids content.
