Sheet Membrane Waterproofing

Envirosheet® is a self-adhering waterproofing sheet membrane consisting of 1.4 mm of rubberised asphalt integrally bonded to a 0.1 mm cross-laminated, high-density polyethylene film.   These two components combine to ofer an extremely  effective waterproofing barrier and the factory controlled thickness assures uniform appication

Envirosheet® is supplied in 0.914 m wide by 20.3 m  long rolls.   The rubberised asphalt is covered with a siliconised release paper which is removed during installation.   The membrane is self-adhering and cold-applied.   No special equipment or adhesives are necessary to form laps.

Envirosheet® requires accessory products for surface conditioning and detailing, such as penetrations, corners and terminations.   Use only accessory products supplied by the manufacturer.

Applications

Envirosheet® is ideal for waterproofing structural concrete, masonry and wood surfaces where the in-service temperatures will not exceed 54° C.   Envirosheet® can be applied to foundation walls, tunnels and earth sheltered structures.   It also is used in split slab construction, both above and below grade, such as plaza areas, balconies and parking decks.   Interior uses include mechanical rooms, kitchens, bathrooms and laboratories.

Envirosheet® should not be used where it will be permanently exposed to sunlight.   Do not use Envirosheet® as a traffic wearing surface.

Enviromastic®

Trowel-Grade Waterproofing Mastic

Enviromastic® is a trowel-grade, single component elastomeric waterproofing mastic designed for a variety of uses in conjunction with waterproofing membranes. Enviromastic® is cold-appied in a single application and cures through solvent evapouration to form a seamless, positively bonded elastomeric membrane

Applications

Enviromastic® is a detailing mastic designed for the following uses in conjunction with waterproofing membranes:

• Fillet and flashing material at horizontal and vertical inside corners
• Flashing material around drains, mechanical and electrical penetrations, curbs and parapets
• Sealing material at membrane terminations
• Repair material for small concrete surface defects
• Sealing material at membrane overlap seams

Enviromastic® is formulated for used on structural concrete, masonry, stone, wood and most metal surfaces. Do not use Enviromastic® on extruded polystyrene (EPS) concrete wall forming systems. EPS insulation may be installed over Enviromastic® after it has cured for 48 hours.

Enviromastic® should not be used where it will be permanently exposed to sunlight.

Enviroprimer® WB

Water-Based Primer

Enviroprimer® WB is a water-based polymer emulsion primer designed to provide excellent adhesion of Envirosheet® waterproofing membranes to structural substrates.

Applications

Enviroprimer® WB is designed to condition vertical and horizontal structural surfaces to which Envirosheet® waterproofing membranes will be applied. These surfaces include structural concrete, masonry, wood and metal.

Enviroprimer® WB should only be used when the ambient and surface temperature is above 4° C.

Solvent-Based Primer

Enviroprimer® SB is a solvent-based primer designed to provide excellent adhesion of Envirosheet® waterproofing membranes to structural substrates.

Applications

Enviroprimer® SB is designed to condition vertical and horizontal structural surfaces to which Envirosheet® waterproofing membranes will be applied. These surfaces include structural concrete, masonry, wood and metal.

Enviroprimer® SB should only be used when the ambient and surface temperature is above -4° C.
