A range of curing compounds to suit all curing needs and to help concrete develop maximum strength while minimising any cracking.
FRACURE
Hydrocarbon resin based in solvent. Low viscosity for spraying, etc. Forms a tough, wear resistant film with low water vapour permeability that breaks down after 4 to 6 weeks weathering. Once the film has broken down, it will not interfere with the bonding of paints, adhesives, etc.
FRACURE EMULSION
Water based acrylic. Forms tough, abrasion resistant film. Suitable for use on interior or exterior applications. May be covered with resilient flooring and other coating systems. Also available in formulation that has been tested to, and passes, ASTM C-309-97 Moisture Retention Requirements.
FRACURE WAX EMULSION
Water based wax emulsion. High water vapour retention. Economical. Not suitable when concrete is to be subsequently coated with paints or adhesives as residual wax may interfere with adhesion. Also available in a formula that has been tested to, and exceeds, requirements of ASTM C-309-97 and Australian Standard AS 3799 – 1998 ‘Liquid Membrane-forming Curing Compounds for Concrete’ Moisture Retention Requirements.
MED-CURE
An economical, surface hardening concrete curing compound. Will not interfere with adhesion of subsequent coatings. Minimises dusting of concrete. Suitable for applications where a wide range of floor coverings may be applied or where a traditional curing compound cannot be used.
