ROOFSTAR
Plastomeric Membrane

A torch-on waterproofing membrane which guarantees good performance for multi-layer applications; following project evaluation, this membrane may be used as an intermediate layer in fairly large professional waterproofing applications with top quality membranes, with or without insulation and on stable surfaces.
The compound used in ROOFSTAR membranes contains distilled bitumen polypropylene polymers and is the result of many years of research to obtain a good performance-cost ratio for a wide range of roofing projects.
The use of reinforcement in reinforced glass mat or non-woven polyester stabilised with glass fibres gives ROOFSTAR good dimensional stability. Polyester reinforced membranes ensure excellent mechanical properties.
3/4/5mm ROOFSTAR membranes with a higher grammage of polyester ensures major mechanical resistance.
Top finish in silica sand, non-woven polypropylene or self-protecting natural and coloured slate chips disseminated uniformly and firmly anchored; embossed bottom finish in torched off polyethylene sheets.
