Allco - The Company

Allco Waterproofing Systems was incorporated in 1975 as a company specialising in Waterproofing Products, seismic joints and related construction chemicals. In the last 30 years we are proud to have supplied quality products and solutions to a number of major structures nationwide. We offer INDEPENDENT ADVICE based on sound technical knowledge and practical experience.

With diversified investment in a range of agencies, we are able to source product from a number of affiliated suppliers. This enables us to offer the product most suited to an application rather than compromise, due to a lack of alternatives.

As a result we are able to offer a single source system:

            One Warranty

            One Applicator

            As well as Independent Quality Assurance Site Inspection.

It is our belief that business must always be conducted in an honest manner and that the product offered is, to the best of our knowledge, the most suited for the purpose envisaged.

Alex comes from a practical engineering background and has had wide exposure to the New Zealand precast construction industry.
 
Alex has over 8 years experience with the Volclay® Waterproofing System as well as an extensive knowledge of remedial injection repairs to existing leaky basements and buildings.   As a result of this remedial waterproofing work, Alex has a broad hands-on knowledge of waterproofing solutions and is happy to share this information with you in the form of customised specifications and practical waterproofing solutions.

With over 25 years in the engineering field, dealing with companies such as Fletcher Steel and other leading manufacturers, Peter has extensive practical experience with waterproofing and engineering solutions as well as having extensive training with CETCO, the US manufacturer of the Volclay® Waterproofing System.
 
With regular exposure to overseas trade fairs and conferences, Peter has a wide knowledge of specialty areas such as plaza (podium) decks, through to precast panel waterproofing solutions as shown in the Dress-Smart, Vodafone and Sentinel projects.

Originally from California, with time spent in the UK and now a resident of New Zealand, Todd brings over 20 years of worldwide construction experience.
 
Todd has an excellent knowledge of the precast panel and construction industries and has a wealth of knowledge concerning the Fraser Brown & Stratmore Ltd range of construction products which cover precast concrete release agents, liquid applied waterproofing solutions for exterior and interior applications, along with Epar epoxies.
 
To compliment Todd's extensive construction experience, the Volclay® range of products complete his portfolio.

Originally from England, Adrian comes from an engineering background and holds an Engineering Certificate from the City & Guilds, London.
 
Adrian is the dedicated Allco Site Inspector ensuring that the specified Volclay® products are installed correctly thus assuring clients of a "water-tight" warranty.
 
Waterproofing problems are difficult and expensive to resolve, so Adrian ensures the job gets done right first time.

Based in Christchurch, Greg comes from a practical waterproofing background having installed and supervised the installation of a wide range of waterproofing, jointing and roofing products including the Volclay®  Bentonite system.
 
Greg is responsible for ensuring that our Approved Applicators are up to date with all existing and new products and installation techniques.   He is also active with technical sales and new product development.

To compliment the administration team, and as a support to our Customers, Noel runs our extensive distribution warehouse facility in Auckland.
 
Originally from County Cork in Ireland, Noel has been involved in logistics and distribution for almost 20 years; the last 10 years being in the chemicals industry.
 
Being fully MAF certified, Noel processes containers on-site thus ensuring prompt delivery nationwide.

Coming from a background in accounts for both small businesses and large corporations, Sue is your first point of contact for accounts payable and receivable.
 
Sue is fully MAF certified and also responsible for ordering and coordinating the importation of products from our overseas suppliers.

Audrey provides important administration support to our Field Services Inspection Team to enable them to be out on the road, seeing YOU our Customer, face to face.
 
Audrey has over 20 years in product sales as well as civil engineering and legal administration.
 
With her eye for detail, Audrey compiles site-detailed specifications and customised CAD drawings on a tight turnaround.
